Job summary

Horizontal Digital is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to own the technical delivery of a large‑scale Salesforce programme for a major enterprise client in the Kingdom. Based in KSA, you will collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and client teams to shape solutions and ensure quality throughout the lifecycle.

You will lead design sessions, guide architectural decisions, and mentor a team of developers while staying hands‑on with Salesforce capabilities and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting or technology experience, including 7+ years of Salesforce.
• Proven experience as Technical Lead or Technical Architect on enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Strong experience designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions and integrations with third‑party and client systems.
• Hands-on in agile/iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery of Salesforce workstreams from design to deployment and go-live.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and convert business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Provide guidance on technical roadmap, architecture and platform.
• Mentor a team of developers, review deliverables and uphold coding standards.
• Own development lifecycle, including plans, risks, dependencies, timelines and resourcing.
• Collaborate with project managers, solution consultants and client to align delivery with goals.
