Job summary

Areeb is seeking a Senior Sales Coordinator to join our client’s team in Jeddah. The role provides sales and administrative support, manages client communication, coordinates order processing and fulfillment, and ensures timely closure and accurate tracking of all sales orders.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of coordinating with sales, logistics, inventory and other internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support or coordination role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales representatives in preparing and organizing sales presentations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer requests and resolve inquiries.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor order fulfillment and coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Track and report order status to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Supervise the closure of all sales orders delivered to customers at the end of each week and track all open sales orders to know the status of each.
