The role focuses on reaching new clients, presenting HR services such as recruitment, payroll, and outsourcing, and driving deals from proposal to close.

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience are welcome; you will work in a fast-paced environment and gain exposure to strategic sales in the Saudi market.

Qualifications

• Saudi nationality.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients via phone, email, and meetings.
• Present and explain HR services such as recruitment, payroll, and outsourcing.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals until closing deals.
• Achieve sales targets.
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
• Prepare basic sales reports.
