Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service:
    Be polite and courteous to customers and handle their complaints with extra care.
    Collect customer data and provide it to the direct manager on a monthly basis.
    Provide appropriate after-sales service to all customers.
    Provide feedback to line manager about customer needs.
    Ensure to keep all promises made to customers.
    End sales in a way that retains customers.
    Manage high standards of hygiene.
  2. Sales Management:
    Achieve sales targets as per daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
    Handle multiple customers simultaneously.
    Follow the six selling steps.
  3. Stock Efficiency:
    Ensure stock is displayed on the sales floor according to store standards.
    Update all new arrivals, pricing, etc.
    Assist in accurate stock counts and keep track of all inventory.
    Handle products with utmost care, including POS (Point Of Sale) and packing materials.
    Manage stock replenishment efficiently.
  4. Product Knowledge and Merchandising:
    Be knowledgeable about the products and brands handled.
    Communicate product features, advantages, and benefits to customers.
    Follow brand concepts.
    Decorate windows, shop graphics, and POS materials.
  5. Shop Administration:
    Follow all policies and procedures diligently.
    Ensure safety, security, and cleanliness of the store.
    Handle POS system confidently.
    Manage cash properly.
    Implement daily checklists to maintain excellent retail standards.

Candidate Profile:

  • Young, energetic, with good communication skills.
  • Excellent English speaking skills, customer service oriented, creative, smart, presentable.
  • 2-3 years of experience in fashion sales.
  • Age 21-27 years old, graduate or undergraduate, flexible, humble, persuasive, good negotiation skills, potential, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
