Naseej is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to lead B2B initiatives within Saudi Arabia's sports sector. You will cultivate strategic partnerships, drive revenue growth, and close high-value deals with sports clubs, federations, leagues, and authorities.

The role requires deep understanding of the Saudi sports ecosystem, engagement with senior decision-makers, and the ability to translate client needs into long-term, sustainable business opportunities and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B sales and account management experience.
• Proven track record selling to sports-sector organizations in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong relationships with stakeholders across the Saudi sports ecosystem.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value contracts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in technology, digital solutions, or information management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with sports-sector clients across Saudi Arabia.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clubs, federations, leagues, sports authorities, and related organizations.
• Develop account plans to drive revenue growth, expand existing accounts, and establish long-term partnerships.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
• Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within target organizations.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to develop suitable solutions.
• Monitor developments in the Saudi sports industry and market trends.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, provide forecasts, and report on account performance.
