Job summary

ABDULRAHMAN AL BADER SONS CO. FOR TRADING AND CONTRACTING CO. in Medina, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Safety Engineer/Supervisor/Safety Trainer with 6–10 years in oil and gas.

You will train, develop, and deliver safety programs for site workers, engineers, and supervisors while ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco standards. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor in Engineering, IOSH/NEBOSH, and strong English communication. Fluency is required; age under 50 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree Course major in Engineering.
• 6-10 years work of experience as Safety Engineer/Supervisor/Safety Trainer preferably in oil and gas refining/petrochemical industries
• Having IOSH Certification/NEBOSH IGC Certified
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with international safety codes, HAZCOM, and HAZMAT requirements
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standard
• Should be well versed in modern occupational Health and safety practices
• Safety Trainer Certification / OSHA / NEBOSH/ ISO / ICG accredited courses
• Fluent in English, oral and written
• Not more than 50 years old.

Responsibilities

• Having First aid Certification as essential for emergencies
• Capability to train multinational work force using training tools on a regular basis
• Able to communicate technically with clients both orally and written communication
• Capable to develop and deliver safety training programs for Site workers Engineers and Supervisors
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes standards and regulation as per Saudi Aramco standard
• Posses specialized training in confined spaces fire safety or hazardous materials handling may be required
