Dar Al Riyadh Group seeks a Senior HSE Lead to monitor occupational health, safety and environmental activities across dam sites, water facilities and related projects in Saudi Arabia. You will conduct inspections, identify hazards and ensure compliance with Saudi requirements.

With a minimum of 16 years of experience in safety for complex infrastructure, you will lead incident investigations, develop corrective actions, deliver reports, and coordinate with contractors, government stakeholders

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 16 years of professional experience in occupational safety, health and environmental work.
• Experience with dams and similar facilities is required.
• Strong knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment and incident investigation.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor occupational health, safety and environmental activities at dam sites, water facilities and related project locations.
• Conduct regular inspections of construction, operation, maintenance and repair activities.
• Inspect safety equipment, PPE, access systems, emergency facilities and work areas for compliance with requirements.
• Identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and environmental concerns.
• Issue safety observations, inspection findings and corrective-action recommendations.
• Follow up nonconformities and verify corrective actions are closed on time.
• Review safety plans, risk assessments, method statements and permit-to-work docs.
• Monitor contractor compliance with safety plans and Saudi requirements.
• Integrate OL&E requirements into project specs, tender docs and O&M contracts.
• Participate in risk assessments, toolbox talks and high-risk-work reviews.
• Monitor controls for confined-space entry, work at height, lifting, electrical work, excavation, hot work.
• Support dam inspections, gate/valve maintenance and reservoir-related activities.
• Participate in incident investigations and determining root causes.
