Job summary

DAR AL RIYADH is seeking an experienced Safety & Environmental Inspector to monitor health, safety and environmental compliance at dam sites and water facilities across Saudi Arabia. You will conduct inspections of construction, operation, maintenance and repair activities, identify unsafe acts and follow up on corrective actions.

You will review safety plans, risk assessments and permit-to-work documentation, and prepare technical reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering or an equivalent discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum 16 years of professional experience in occupational safety, health and environmental work.
• Demonstrated experience inspecting construction, operation and maintenance activities in complex infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor occupational health, safety and environmental requirements at dam sites and water facilities.
• Inspect safety equipment, permit-to-work and risk assessments for compliance.
• Prepare inspection reports, observations and corrective-action recommendations and verify closure.
