Job summary

Foodics is seeking a Senior Consultant for FOODICS BLACK in Saudi Arabia. You will own the customer lifecycle from acquisition to deployment, onboarding, and ongoing success, engaging with restaurant owners, investors, and operators.

The role combines business development, solution consulting, and implementation coordination to ensure long-term success and growth across multiple branches. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in SaaS with strong relationship-building, a good grasp of restaurant

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in SaaS across sales, business development, implementation, account management, or customer success.
• Strong ability to manage customer relationships and deliver measurable results.
• Experience with restaurant operations is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete customer lifecycle from acquisition to implementation and onboarding.
• Lead customer onboarding and training for FOODICS BLACK users.
• Drive account expansion, renewals, and long-term customer success.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deployment and ongoing support.
