Eram Talent is seeking a highly experienced Rotating Equipment Engineer in Saudi Arabia, specializing in turbine or pump testing. The role focuses on planning, executing, and evaluating mechanical, functional, and performance tests on overhauled equipment in accordance with industry standards and safety guidelines.

The candidate will lead test planning, instrumentation calibration, and data analysis, with emphasis on vibration, temperature, pressure, and flow measurements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized program.
• 15+ years rotating equipment experience with at least 8 years hands-on in steam turbine or pump repair/overhaul/assembly/testing.
• Experience in mechanical running tests, performance evaluation, troubleshooting, and technical reporting.
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment fundamentals, vibration analysis, rotor dynamics, shaft alignment, bearings, seals, lubrication, and machinery protection.
• Experience with instrumentation for mechanical and performance testing, including vibration, temperature, pressure, flow, speed, and power measurement systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, equipment specs, test procedures, performance curves, and standards.
• Proven capability in root cause analysis, technical problem-solving, performance assessment, and engineering reporting.

Mansioni

• Plan, execute, and evaluate mechanical, functional, and performance testing of overhauled rotating equipment (steam turbines or pumps).
• Develop and review test plans, verify test rigs, ensure calibration and readiness of instrumentation.
• Ensure testing complies with industry standards, client specs, quality requirements, and safety procedures.
• Conduct diagnostic testing, analyze results, and verify equipment operating conditions and safety interlocks.
• Prepare and review test procedures, inspection records, and test reports; coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
• Provide guidance on rotating equipment assembly, rotor/shaft inspection, alignment, and mechanical integrity; support workshop teams.
