Jotun Saudia Co. Ltd. in Dammam invites an experienced Senior Sales Executive - Retail to drive decorative product sales through regular visits, proposals, and strong customer relationships.
You will support the Area Sales Manager and help grow market share while ensuring profitability. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Sales & Marketing, 3–4 years in retail sales, and fluency in Arabic and English. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
As a Senior Sales Executive - Retail, you will be responsible for supporting the Area Sales Manager in promoting and selling a range of Decorative Products to new/existing/specified potential customers by utilising Jotun’s sales tools and techniques. You also need to develop strong customer relationships to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding, timely payment collection), and with the aim of increasing Jotun market share and profitability. This position will be based in Dammam and reports to the Area Sales Manager - Decorative.
Introduce, promote and sell decorative products to allocated customers and geographical territories through regular visits, marketing activities, campaigns to achieve sales budget as well as maintain good relationship with customers. Execute of sales policies and marketing activities in line with company rules and regulations to support business growth, uniformity and business efficacy. Maintain good relationship with dealers, retailers and provide high quality service to existing distributors and attending to customers’ complaints and maintain Customer Relationship Management Database. Ensure profitability of the company by selling high value products and increasing the retail network to create a good customer base in the market. Securing small/medium and maintenance projects and utilize distribution network in the supplying process to awarded projects. Co-ordinate and manage retail information ensuring the necessary action is taken at critical stages of the retails business. Liaise with the client market and respond to inquiries on priority, introducing products and services to dealers/distributors.
