Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Regulatory Affairs leader to drive regulatory strategies across the product lifecycle, enable timely approvals, and support market access for PHC products in the Kingdom.

You will liaise with authorities, government bodies, and industry associations to shape policy, mentor teams, and ensure compliance while delivering business objectives in a changing regulatory landscape.

Qualifications

• Saudi licensed pharmacist with Saudi Commission for Health Specialities.
• 5+ years in Pharmaceutical/Personal Healthcare regulatory experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory strategies for the Saudi Arabia market and ensure timely product registrations.
• Prepare, compile, and submit regulatory dossiers and respond to health authority queries.
• Collaborate with R&D, Commercial, Quality, Supply Chain and Legal to support lifecycle management.
• Engage with regulatory authorities, government bodies and industry associations to advocate science-based policies.
• Monitor regulatory changes, assess impact on business operations, and mitigate risks.
