Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for a distinguished Real Estate Development client in Saudi Arabia. The role centers on crafting sales strategies to meet revenue aims, guiding both B2C and B2B teams, and driving residential and corporate deals from initial inquiry through handover.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Real Estate, with 8+ years in real estate sales in KSA/GCC and at least 3 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field.
• 8+ years of Real Estate Sales experience in KSA/GCC.
• 3+ years of Sales Team Leadership experience.
• Proven record of closing residential and corporate/institutional deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and manage the B2C & B2B sales team.
• Drive residential sales to individual buyers and investors.
• Develop corporate, institutional and bulk sales opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with brokers, banks and corporate clients.
• Lead negotiations and manage deals through to contract and handover.
• Monitor sales pipeline, CRM, conversions and revenue collection.
• Coach the sales team and ensure achievement of individual & team targets.
