Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of real estate development experience (Saudi/GCC preferred).
• Strong knowledge of development processes, construction methods, and project controls.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Support the full real estate development process overseeing all components.
• Ensure viability and alignment of projects with company objectives.
