One of our clients is in the Real Estate Industry, Saudi Arabia, and is hiring for the position of a Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales department in all its branches to ensure achieving the highest percentage of sales.
- Supervising the performance of all tasks required on the CRM program and classifying customers according to the criteria set by the project manager.
- Supervising the recording of reservations and customer data on the CRM program and the Ministry's website daily
- Distributing the work to the sales supervisors in the branches, determining the specializations of each of them, setting their sales goals and following up on the results of their work.
- Supervising the visits of customers transferred from telemarketing to the branches and following up with the sellers during the stage of explaining all the required information.
- Supervising the activities of the sales team and directing them to the best methods for dealing with customers and encouraging them to deal with McKeon Company.
- Follow the strategic sales plan and ensure that the sales management adheres to it to ensure that projects are delivered on time.
- Supervising the sales process, concluding deals, meeting customers, and negotiating with them about prices and payment methods.
- Preparing a weekly and monthly report on the sales team's sales and submitting it to the Marketing and Sales Manager.
- Follow up on competitors and submit reports on their projects to the Marketing and Sales Manager.
- Follow up on sales of agents and branches and prepare the necessary reports and submit them to the Marketing and Sales Manager.
- Training the sales team practically and scientifically, guiding them, responding to their inquiries, and supervising them.
- Supervising and monitoring the sales files and ensuring that they complete all documents and signatures.
- Administrative supervision of branch supervisors and ensuring compliance with the targeted sales plan.
- Any work assigned to the marketing and sales manager related to sales objectives
