AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Insurance & Contract Manager to lead contract management for rail projects (85%) and oversee insurance activities (15%). The role requires strong contract management experience in rail or infrastructure and solid knowledge of industry insurance principles.

You will draft, review, and negotiate EPC and other agreements, monitor KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Robust contract management experience in rail or infrastructure projects.
• Solid knowledge of insurance structures for large-scale projects (CAR, PI, liability).
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and claims management capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract management across rail projects, ensuring compliance with terms and obligations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex EPC, design & build, operations, and maintenance contracts.
• Monitor contractor performance against KPIs and SLAs; manage variations and change orders.
• Provide contractual advice to project teams and procurement throughout the lifecycle.
• Support tendering processes, review RFPs, bid evaluations, and contract awards.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements in rail.
