AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Technical Head – Track Systems to provide strategic and technical leadership across our Middle East rail programs. You will shape solutions, manage major bids, and develop high-performing engineering teams.

You will drive delivery excellence across track systems lifecycle, oversee complex interfaces, and foster innovation through digital technologies while expanding our client relationships and market position.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in track systems across high-speed, conventional, freight and metro railways.
• Degree-qualified in Engineering; Chartered Engineer or equivalent.
• Proven leadership of complex, multidisciplinary rail projects.
• Experience with client relationships and senior stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical authority providing strategic guidance to clients.
• Lead development of track systems solutions with best-in-class delivery.
• Oversee lifecycle elements of track systems within scope.
• Drive bids, procurement activities, and major tenders.
