Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall is seeking experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors (MRICS or FRICS) for our Riyadh team. Roles span Pre-Contract and Post-Contract cost management across major projects, with responsibilities including cost planning, procurement advice, contract administration, and cost reporting.

Ideal candidates have consultancy experience, stakeholder management skills, and a proactive client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Cost planning, estimating and benchmarking across design stages in line with NRM standards.
• Lead value engineering and cost optimisation to achieve project objectives.
• Advise on procurement strategies, tendering, cost reporting and contract documentation.
• Manage post-contract cost control, variations, and final accounts; provide commercial guidance and risk management.
