You will act as trusted advisor to clients, manage multi-stakeholder interfaces, lead cost planning, procurement advice, and contract administration on large-scale developments, with a focus on quality and value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.
• MRICS or FRICS accreditation is mandatory.
• Additional professional qualifications or post-graduate studies would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish cost plans and estimates across project design stages.
