Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 10+ years in quantity surveying and cost management.
• Experience with RTA projects in Middle East preferred.
• Proficient with QS software, CAD, and land-information systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Conduct surveys and verify measurement data.
• Review tender documents and negotiate contracts.
• Mentor junior surveyors and supervise field teams.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve variations.
• Monitor budgets and forecast costs.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi standards.
• Analyze project performance data.
• Prepare plots, maps, and technical reports.
