Job summary

Michael Page (UAE) is seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead the project Quality Management Plan and oversee quality control across civil, MEP, and finishing works for high-rise projects in Riyadh. You will manage the site quality team and ensure ITPs, method statements, and material submittals meet client requirements.

The role requires 15+ years in tower/high-rise projects, strong root-cause analysis skills, and a proven ability to drive continuous quality improvements while coordinating

Qualifications

• 15 years of overall experience in tower/high-rise projects.
• Practical experience of managing quality processes and improvement activities.
• Ability to review operational performance and identify quality improvements.
• Experience creating and maintaining quality measures, reports and documentation.
• Strong ability to investigate issues and identify root causes.
• Confident in leading cross-functional teams to implement actions.
• Clear understanding of quality standards within operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project Quality Management Plan (QMP) in line with ISO 9001 and client requirements.
• Lead the site quality team and ensure quality control procedures are applied across all disciplines.
• Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and material submittals.
• Oversee inspections, testing, and non-conformance management across civil, MEP, and finishing works.
• Coordinate quality audits with the client, consultant, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with project quality and finishing standards.
• Lead the snagging/de-snagging process and quality aspects of handover.
• Report quality KPIs, NCRs, and corrective actions to project management.
