OmanYP in Saudi Arabia seeks a Quality Manager to lead the project quality program in Riyadh across civil, MEP and finishing works.

You will develop and implement the QMP in line with ISO 9001 and client requirements, review ITPs and submittals, oversee inspections, NCRs, and the snagging process, and coordinate quality audits. The role also requires reporting KPIs to project management.

Qualifications

• 15 years experience in tower/high-rise projects.
• Practical experience managing quality processes and improvement activities.
• Ability to review operational performance and identify quality improvements.
• Experience creating and maintaining quality measures, reports and documentation.
• Strong ability to investigate issues and identify root causes.
• Confidence in leading teams to implement and track improvements.
• Clear understanding of quality standards in operational environments.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the project Quality Management Plan (QMP) in line with ISO 9001 and client requirements.
• Lead the site quality team and ensure quality control procedures across all disciplines.
• Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and material submittals.
• Oversee inspections, testing, and non-conformance management across civil, MEP, and finishing works.
• Coordinate quality audits with the client, consultant, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with project quality and finishing standards.
• Lead the snagging/de-snagging process and quality aspects of handover.
• Report quality KPIs, NCRs, and corrective actions to project management.
