Job summary

AimGulf is seeking a seasoned Quality Manager in Riyadh to lead the site quality team and drive compliance with ISO 9001 and client requirements. You will develop and implement the QMP, review ITPs and material submissions, and coordinate audits across civil, MEP, and finishing works.

You will monitor quality KPIs, manage NCRs, and guide corrective actions through to project handover, ensuring high standards and timely delivery on critical tower/high-rise projects in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• 15 years experience overall in tower/high-rise projects.
• Experience managing quality processes and improvement activities.
• Experience creating and maintaining quality measures, reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project Quality Management Plan (QMP) aligned with ISO 9001 and client requirements.
• Lead the site quality team and ensure QC procedures across disciplines are applied.
• Review and approve ITPs, method statements, and material submittals.
• Oversee inspections, testing, and NCR management for civil, MEP, finishing works.
• Coordinate quality audits with client, consultant, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with project quality and finishing standards.
• Lead snagging/de-snagging and quality aspects of handover.
• Report quality KPIs, NCRs, and corrective actions to project management.

Key Responsibilities

Experience Required

• 15 years experience overall in tower/high-rise projects.
• Practical experience of managing quality processes and improvement activities.
• Experience of creating and maintaining quality measures, reports and documentation.

Skills Required

• Ability to review operational performance and identify clear quality improvements.
• Strong ability to investigate issues and identify practical root causes.
• Confidence in working with teams to implement and track improvement actions.
• Clear understanding of quality standards within operational environments.
