Qualifications

API 570 and 510 certification mandatory.
Diploma with 7.5+ years of QC inspector experience or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years.
Strong piping systems knowledge, QA/QC standards, and inspection methodologies.
Aramco experience required.
Passport validity at least 6 months remaining.

Responsibilities

Conduct inspections for piping fabrication, erection, alignment and installation.
Verify piping materials, fittings, valves, and supports per specs.
Review piping isometrics, drawings, welding maps, and technical docs.
Monitor hydrotesting, flushing and pressure tests.
Coordinate with NDT teams and review inspection reports.
Identify defects, non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare inspection records, reports and quality documentation.
Ensure compliance with international piping standards and QA/QC requirements.
Participate in audits, inspections and project quality meetings.
Ensure safety during all inspection and testing activities.
