Job summary

Atkins Realis Group seeks a Project Quality Manager with a strong site operations background to head the QA/QC function for the PMCM Team and drive quality assurance across projects. You will lead IMS implementation, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide quality consultancy to project teams on design, construction, and handover phases.

The role requires 15+ years of experience (10+ in quality management on buildings/transport projects), leadership, excellent communication, and stakeholder

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
15+ years in quality management, with at least 10 years on quality in buildings/transport projects.
Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and authorities.

Responsibilities

Head the QA QC function for the PMCM team and lead quality initiatives across multidisciplinary projects.
Ensure IMS compliance with processes, procedures, regulations and employer requirements.
Lead non-conformance management, RCA and corrective actions.
Plan and conduct internal audits, vendor audits and support client audits.
Provide quality consultancy, training and mentoring to project and site teams.
