Job summary

DAR AL OMRAN in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced QA/QC Engineer to lead quality assurance and quality control on large-scale development projects. You will implement QA/QC plans, review drawings and specifications, and coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with SBC and project standards.

The role requires a minimum of 12 years’ experience in QA/QC within construction, with strong documentation, inspection, and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 12+ years in QA/QC for large construction projects.
• Experience with ITPs, NCRs, MIRs and quality plans.
• Knowledge of SBC and international standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC plans per project requirements.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Review ITPs, Method Statements, MIRs and WIRs for compliance.
• Maintain records of inspections, tests, NCRs and actions.
• Prepare QA/QC reports and quality dashboards for management.
