Job summary

National Contracting Company seeks a Quality Assurance/Quality Control engineer to implement and maintain the project QA/QC system across regions or large projects. You will lead QC planning, document control, and ensure workmanship aligns with codes and specs.

You will supervise internal site audits, promote safety, and coordinate with consultants and site-in-charge to close non-conformances and maintain quality records.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical or Civil Engineering with 8 years of experience in Transmission Line / OHTL construction.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Technician and Inspector performance and manage vendor performance.
• Manage QC/QA projects by analyzing data and advising actions per requirements.
• Implement and monitor QC duties including installation responsibility and documentation control.
• Supervise Internal Audit at site and promote safety procedures per OSHA and MSHA rules.
• Control inspections to ensure work complies with method statements and inspection plans.
• Coordinate with consultant’s representative and site in-charge for inspections and NCR closures.
• Oversee method statements, risk assessments, and ITP/Checklists per project specs.
