Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Corporate QA/QC Senior Manager to lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control function across construction, infrastructure, and landscape projects. You will develop and implement the organization's quality strategy and ensure compliance with international standards and client requirements.

You will lead multi-site QA/QC teams, drive CAPA, audits, and continuous improvement, delivering quality performance and supporting operational excellence across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 15 years QA/QC experience in construction/infrastructure.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership across multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) and related standards.
• Lead QA/QC teams across multiple project sites and units.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, client specs, and local regulations.
• Oversee audits, CAPA, and certification activities.
• Prepare quality reports and drive continuous improvement.
