Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Corporate QA/QC Senior Manager to lead the quality function across construction, infrastructure, and landscape projects. You will develop and implement the quality strategy, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance and client satisfaction while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The role requires 15+ years in QA/QC with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position, strong audit experience, and the ability to manage multiple sites and teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Construction Management or related field.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• CCQM or equivalent quality management credentials encouraged.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive QA/QC experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) and related policies.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, client specs, and local regulations.
• Lead multi-site QA/QC teams across projects and business units.
• Establish company-wide quality objectives, KPIs, and metrics.
• Oversee audits, management reviews, and certification activities.
• Investigate non-conformities with root-cause analyses and CAPA.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Review material submittals, inspection reports, and handover records.
