Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented QA Engineer to join our site-based Construction Supervision team on a landmark Riyadh development. You will implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System and oversee QA/QC activities to ensure compliance with requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of QA/QC experience; ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or CQE qualifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with Parsons and client requirements.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved quality standards, specifications, and procedures.
• Conduct quality audits, inspections, and surveillance activities across project sites.
• Review and approve Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and related quality documentation.
• Identify, document, and track Non-Conformances (NCRs), Corrective Actions, and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Analyze quality performance trends and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure effective implementation of QA/QC processes by contractors and subcontractors.
• Prepare quality reports, audit findings, and performance metrics for project management and clients.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover, and closeout activities to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Provide quality training, guidance, and technical support to project teams.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders on quality-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with Parsons quality standards, client requirements, and applicable industry codes and regulations.
• Mentor and support junior quality personnel as required.
• Perform other duties related to quality assurance and project delivery as assigned.
