Job summary

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to lead risk management programs across large-scale construction projects in the region.

The role covers developing standards, policies, and plans, identifying and assessing risks, and reporting to clients and project teams. You will conduct risk workshops, maintain risk registers, train staff, and ensure compliance with company policies while coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to mitigate risk across the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or management from an accredited university.
• 20+ years in engineering or project management with risk manager experience on large projects.
• Experience with risk quantification (cost/schedule/quality/safety).

Responsibilities

• Develop risk management standards, policies and procedures.
• Establish and manage the program risk management plan.
• Identify, assess, monitor and report risks within the project.
• Conduct risk workshops and risk assessments during execution.
• Create risk reports for project managers and maintain risk databases.
• Facilitate completion and updating of Project Risk Register and monitor actions.
• Generate monthly risk reports for client meetings and ad-hoc risk reports as needed.
• Prepare and implement risk management plans for construction projects.
