Job summary

JLL in Saudi Arabia seeks a Project Manager to lead construction execution for a mixed-use development, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality. You will manage day-to-day operations, develop schedules with Primavera P6, coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, and enforce safety and quality standards.

A Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 5–8 years of PM experience, including large-scale mixed-use projects, are required; PMP/RICS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of construction project management experience with at least 5 years on large-scale mixed-use developments.
• Proven track record delivering complex multi-discipline projects involving coordination of residential towers, retail podiums, and associated infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction operations across all phases from mobilization through handover
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using appropriate construction management software, coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure milestone achievement
• Establish project governance structures and reporting protocols aligned with client requirements and organizational standards
• Serve as primary point of contact between the client, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
• Administer construction contracts in accordance with FIDIC or other applicable contract frameworks
• Coordinate with main contractors and specialty subcontractors across multiple building types and systems
• Facilitate regular progress meetings and maintain clear communication channels with all project participants
• Enforce quality control procedures and conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and building codes
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Monitor site health and safety compliance, ensuring contractor adherence to Dubai Municipality and client safety standards
