Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all construction execution for a large mixed-use development in Al Khobar.

You will manage day-to-day operations, develop schedules, and coordinate with a broad set of stakeholders to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The role requires 5–8 years of PM experience on large-scale projects, with a strong background in mixed-use developments and contract administration under FIDIC frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of construction project management experience with at least 5 years on large-scale mixed-use developments.
• Proven track record delivering complex multi-discipline projects involving coordination of residential towers, retail podiums, and associated infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction operations across all phases from mobilization through handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, coordinating with stakeholders to meet milestones.
• Establish project governance structures and reporting protocols aligned with client requirements and standards.
• Serve as primary point of contact between client, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Administer construction contracts in accordance with FIDIC or other contract frameworks.
• Coordinate with main contractors and specialty subcontractors across multiple building types and systems.
• Facilitate regular progress meetings and maintain clear communication with all participants.
• Enforce quality control procedures and conduct site inspections for compliance.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; monitor site health and safety compliance.
