Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Project Manager to oversee construction for a mixed-use development, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and quality. You will manage schedules, coordinate stakeholders, and enforce safety and governance.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management background with 5–8 years of PM experience; PMP or RICS certifications are highly preferred. On-site work with Saudi regulations and client standards is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5–8 years of project management experience on large mixed-use developments.
• Experience coordinating residential towers, retail podiums, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction operations across all phases from mobilization through handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using construction management software, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Establish project governance structures and reporting protocols aligned with client requirements and organizational standards.
• Serve as primary point of contact between client, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Administer construction contracts in accordance with FIDIC or other applicable contract frameworks.
• Coordinate with main contractors and specialty subcontractors across multiple building types and systems.
• Facilitate regular progress meetings and maintain clear communication channels with all project participants.
• Enforce quality control procedures and conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with drawings, specs, and codes.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor site health and safety compliance, ensuring contractor adherence to Dubai Municipality and client safety standards.
