Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager in Saudi Arabia to oversee construction execution for a mixed-use development, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

Responsibilities include leading day-to-day operations, developing schedules, coordinating stakeholders, and administering contracts per FIDIC. A strong background in large-scale projects and risk management is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of PM experience on large-scale mixed-use developments.
• Experience coordinating residential towers, retail podiums, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction operations across all phases from mobilization through handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using appropriate construction management software.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure milestone achievement.
• Establish project governance structures and reporting protocols aligned with client requirements.
• Serve as primary point of contact between the client, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
• Administer construction contracts in accordance with FIDIC or other applicable contract frameworks.
• Coordinate with main contractors and specialty subcontractors across multiple building types and systems.
• Facilitate regular progress meetings and maintain clear communication channels with all project participants.
• Enforce quality control procedures and conduct site inspections to verify compliance with drawings, specs, and codes.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor site health and safety compliance ensuring contractor adherence to local standards.

Position Overview

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies


• Monitor site health and safety compliance ensuring contractor adherence to Dubai Municipality and client safety standards

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field


• Minimum 5-8 years of construction project management experience with at least 5 years on large-scale mixed-use developments


• Proven track record delivering complex multi-discipline projects involving coordination of residential towers retail podiums and associated infrastructure

Desired Skills and Competencies

• Professional certifications such as PMP RICS or equivalent are highly preferred


• Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies building systems and sequencing for mixed-use developments


• Proficiency in construction management software including Primavera P6 MS Project and cost control systems


• Excellent problem-solving skills with capacity to make sound decisions under pressure


• Outstanding communication skills in English Arabic language proficiency is advantageous
