Job summary

Moody's Riyadh seeks an Associate Director - Project Manager to lead large-scale lending technology implementations for clients in the Middle East. You will steer prioritization, planning, and delivery across project lifecycles, coordinating resources and guiding teams to success while maintaining client relationships and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management in financial software or financial institutions in Saudi Arabia.
• Delivery experience of SaaS/hosted software solutions.
• Understanding of PMP/PRINCE2/Agile and MS Project.
• English fluency; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Experience with Moody's Lending solution (CreditLens) and risk mgmt in lending or Basel.
• Proficiency with AI concepts and hands-on Generative/Agentic AI in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Leads the delivery of large-scale lending technology implementation projects for Moody's clients across the Middle East.
• Leads prioritization, planning, and management of projects within an assigned portfolio.
• Manages team deliverables and project responsibilities across the lifecycle.
• Coordinates project efforts and communicates priorities clearly.
• Builds relationships with client project teams and stakeholders.
• Records risks and issues, escalating as needed and manages change control.
• Coordinates consultants and resources to keep the team motivated and productive.
• Provides guidance on project management practices and team dynamics.
• Analyzes and enhances project management methodologies and documentation.
• Ensures governance adherence per PMO guidelines and liaises with Product/Engineering/Client Services.
