Job summary

Moody's Riyadh office is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale lending technology implementations for Moody's clients across the Middle East, with a focus on Saudi Arabia. You will guide prioritization, planning, and cross-functional execution to ensure successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree and 8+ years of project management experience in financial software, fluent English, and familiarity with AI-enabled project delivery and risk

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' relevant project management experience in leading financial software vendors or IT departments of financial institutions in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven delivery experience of SaaS/hosted software solutions.
• Excellent understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle, methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) and tools (MS Project).
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads delivery of large-scale lending technology implementation projects for Moody's clients across the Middle East.
• Leads prioritization, planning, and management of projects within an assigned portfolio.
• Manages organizational team deliverables and project responsibilities across the lifecycle.
• Plans, coordinates, and prioritizes project efforts and communicates priorities.
• Builds and maintains relationships with client project teams and stakeholders.
• Records and manages issues and risks, escalating when necessary.
• Coordinates consultants and allocates resources, ensuring a motivated project team.
• Provides expertise and mentoring on project management practices and team dynamics.
