Job summary

Moody's Corporation Middle East is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale lending technology implementations for Moody's clients across the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia. You will oversee prioritization, planning, and delivery across multiple stakeholders and coordinates teams to ensure timely results.

The role requires 8+ years in PM within financial software or banking IT, strong English communication, and familiarity with AI-assisted project delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years PM experience in financial software or banking IT in KSA
• Proven delivery of SaaS/hosted software solutions
• Knowledge of PM lifecycles and methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) and MS Project
• Fluent in English; Arabic a plus
• Strong client focus and leadership of project teams
• Experience with CreditLens and lending risk management valued
• Proficiency with AI concepts and delivery of Generative/Agentic AI in projects
• Awareness of AI risk management and ethical AI use

Responsibilities

• Leads the delivery of large-scale lending technology implementation projects for Moody's clients across the Middle East
• Leads prioritization, planning and management of projects within an assigned portfolio
• Manages team deliverables and project responsibilities across the lifecycle
• Plans, coordinates and prioritizes project efforts and communicates priorities
• Builds and maintains relationships with client project teams and stakeholders
• Manages project issues and risks, escalating as needed
• Controls project scope and manages change processes
• Coordinates consultants and allocates resources to maintain motivated teams
• Provides consulting to other PMs on practices and team dynamics
• Develops content to improve PM methodologies and documentation
• Ensures adherence to PMO governance
• Liaises with Product Mgmt, Engineering, Client Services
• Reports progress to clients and senior stakeholders
• Delivers services satisfying client business needs and supports clients
• Engages with clients on-site and off-site professionally
• Supports pre-sales activities from services perspective
• Position based in Moody's Riyadh office; onboarding in Dubai before relocation
