Kaefer Saudi Arabia Co is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for industrial construction and maintenance projects in Saudi Arabia. You will lead planning, coordination, and execution, review contracts and drawings, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

The role requires 8–12 years in industrial construction/maintenance, with 3–5 years of project leadership, strong English, and experience in scaffolding, insulation, and fireproofing coordination.

Formación

• Engineering degree and substantial relevant experience in industrial construction/maintenance.
• 8–12 years in industrial construction/maintenance with 3–5 years in project management.
• Strong spoken and written English and ability to interpret contracts, specs and drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Plan delivery and technical coordination for multi-disciplinary packages.
• Review contract scope, drawings and deliverables; build execution plans, baselines, budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor milestones, cost, productivity and resource use; implement recovery actions.
• Lead HSE implementation and manage risk, incidents and changes with client teams.
