DAR AL RIYADH is seeking a senior HSE Manager to oversee contractor and client safety on major infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. You will review HSE plans, inspect performance, monitor PTW, and coordinate with multiple functions to ensure compliance with regulations and project standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 10–18 years total experience, GCC/KSA exposure, and strong leadership and reporting skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10–18 years of total professional experience.
• 8–12 years of experience in similar HSE management roles.
• 7–10 years GCC/KSA experience.
• Proven experience overseeing HSE performance on major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with PMC or engineering consultancy monitoring contractor HSE performance is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, incident investigations, audits and environmental management.

Aufgaben

• Review Contractor HSE plans, procedures, policies and project-specific requirements.
• Monitor Contractor and CSC HSE performance against standards and contractual requirements.
• Review risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work from an HSE perspective.
• Conduct PMC HSE inspections, audits, safety observations and compliance assessments.
• Identify unsafe conditions and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on safety training, PTW, and site safety.
• Monitor environmental controls including waste management and spill control.
• Provide regular HSE reports and recommendations to PMC management and Client.
