Job summary

Sika AG is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead the full lifecycle of a new manufacturing facility and site consolidation. You will oversee concept development, design, construction, commissioning, start‑up, and handover, coordinating engineering, procurement, and operations to meet safety, schedule, and budget targets.

The role requires 10–12 years of industrial PM experience, strong governance, and proficiency with Primavera P6/Microsoft Project, plus English fluency;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Additional certifications in project management, construction management, or engineering disciplines are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead greenfield industrial construction projects from concept through handover.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, procurement, finance, HSE, and quality functions.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, permits, quality standards, and company policies.
