Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Jeddah seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale projects from initiation to closure. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, budget, and timelines, and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.

You will oversee risks, vendor relationships, and stakeholder communications, driving continuous improvement and delivering outcomes that meet Hitachi’s quality standards. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification required.
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience; 3+ years in senior PM role.
• Proven track record delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle for multiple concurrent projects, including planning, execution, monitoring and closing.
• Define scope, goals and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans with tasks, timelines, resources and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks; create contingency plans as needed.
• Manage budgets, track expenses and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Form and guide high-performing project teams; provide feedback.
• Facilitate communication among teams, stakeholders and external vendors.
• Present regular status reports, dashboards and senior leadership updates.
