Job summary

Siemens Energy in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end management of complex, high-value projects within the O&G and energy sector, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer satisfaction.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop plans and budgets, monitor performance, and mentor junior members to drive continuous improvement and deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field with over 10 years of experience in project management, focusing on long-term projects in the energy sector or a related industry.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion, preferably within the energy or related industrial sector.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring junior members.
• Exceptional communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Long-Term Partnership (LTP) projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
• Monitor project performance using key metrics, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing robust mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
• Mentor and support junior project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
