Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, CS, or related field; Master's preferred.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification required.
• 8+ years progressive PM experience, 3+ years in senior PM roles.
• Proven track record delivering large projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid PM approaches.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in risk, change and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in MS Project, Jira and Asana.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, global, cross-cultural environments.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full lifecycle for multiple projects, from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed plans with tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; implement contingency plans.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and meet financial objectives.
• Form and motivate cross-functional teams; provide guidance and feedback.
• Facilitate communication among team, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Ensure adherence to Hitachi's quality standards and methodologies.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency gains in PM practices.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and client relationships.
• Oversee third-party vendors and contractors when needed.
• Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned.
