Job summary

The role requires 8+ years in project management, PMP/PRINCE2, and fluency in English, with experience in global teams and diverse cultures. On-site, full-time position based in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior project management role.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for multiple concurrent projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, with contingency plans.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Form and manage high-performing project teams, provide guidance and feedback.
• Facilitate effective communication among teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior leadership and clients.
• Ensure adherence to Hitachi's quality standards and methodologies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
