Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the full lifecycle of facade projects from design coordination to procurement, installation and handover.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors and clients to ensure facade systems meet technical requirements and aesthetic standards.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans tailored to facade projects.
• Oversee quality assurance and control processes to meet industry codes, safety standards, and client expectations.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies related to facade construction and installation.
• Conduct site inspections and progress monitoring to ensure compliance with design and safety specifications.
• Lead project meetings, provide clear communication of project status, and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvements in facade project delivery methodologies and processes.
