Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate aluminum facade projects, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Oversee installation phase, ensure design specs, safety standards, and timelines are met; guide installation teams.
• Manage production activities, monitor quality and inventory to meet project requirements and delivery timelines.

Job Summary

As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of aluminum facade projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing both installation and production processes, with a keen focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within specified timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Coordination:
   Lead the planning and coordination of aluminum facade projects, working closely with internal teams, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets to ensure efficient project execution and allocation of resources.
2. Installation Management:
   Oversee the installation phase of projects, coordinating with installation teams to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Provide guidance and support to installation teams, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during the installation process.
3. Production Oversight:
   Manage production activities, including manufacturing of aluminum facade components and materials, to meet project requirements and timelines. Monitor production processes, quality control measures, and inventory levels to ensure efficient production operations and timely delivery of materials.
4. Client Communication and Satisfaction:
   Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
