Job summary

KEO International is seeking a talented Senior Architect to join the Project Management Division in Jeddah, KSA. You will ensure client parameters are delivered on time and within cost for architectural tasks.

The role emphasizes on-site coordination, contract drawings review, and reporting on progress, quality, safety and conformance, with a focus on integrity, results, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 15 years work experience and a Bachelor's degree in Architectural studies.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining proper and complete communication with the client's site discipline engineers on all project related issues.
• Reviewing, understanding and implementing contract drawings and specifications onsite.
• Preparing project reports (written and photographic) on progress of the works, quality and technical conformance of the works, safety and other matters.
• Supervising and implementing on site the approved design in accordance with national and international codes of practice and established KEO project management policy and procedures manual.
• Identifying issues and risks that need to be brought to the attention of senior management.
• Supervising and inspecting the site works in progress throughout the day and continually monitoring all critical areas for quality, safety and progress.
• Being a point of contact for senior site personnel on project engineering issues.
• Coordinating with other project discipline engineers

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Architect to join our Project Management Division based in Jeddah, KSA. This position is responsible for ensuring that client parameters are delivered in time and within cost relating to Architectural tasks.

We envisage success in this role to include:

• Maintaining proper and complete communication with the client's site discipline engineers on all project related issues.

• Preparing project reports (written and photographic) on progress of the works, quality and technical conformance of the works, safety and other matters.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envisage that your career journey to date will include 15 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor's degree in Architectural studies.

You will have worked on various large scale mixed use projects that include luxury hotels, various transport modalities and the associated utilityworks that would be needed to support such assets.

Experience working in a PMC or PMO environment will be a strong point in your candidature
