Job summary

Haskoning in Riyadh seeks a Senior Project Manager (MCF/Data Centres) to lead complex, large-scale data centre programs from feasibility through delivery. You will interface with clients, manage multidisciplinary teams, and shape the project’s commercial performance across the region.

You will drive proposals, support contract negotiations and identify opportunities with existing and new clients, helping position Haskoning as a trusted advisor in Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary design, engineering and construction projects.
• Technical university degree in engineering.
• Large-scale technical or mission-critical projects experience preferred, data centres strongly preferred.
• KSA or Middle East experience required; English fluent; Arabic advantageous; BIM360/CDE familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data centre projects across full life cycle, from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design and engineering teams for high-quality outcomes.
• Manage project controls including planning, cost control, risk management, and change control.
• Act as main client interface with partners, authorities and senior stakeholders.
• Prepare and contribute to commercial proposals, tenders, fee estimates and execution strategies.
• Support contract negotiations and ensure clear scope, deliverables, risks, and responsibilities.
• Identify risks and opportunities to maximise value for clients and Haskoning.
