Job summary

Royal Haskoning DHV is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Mission Critical Facilities Data Centres in Riyadh. You will lead complex projects, manage client relationships and drive commercial outcomes across feasibility, design, procurement and delivery.

Role demands leadership of multidisciplinary teams and close engagement with senior stakeholders. The position requires a technical degree and 15+ years of experience in multidisciplinary projects, with preference for data centres and

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary design, engineering and construction projects.
• Proven experience with large scale technical or mission critical projects; data centres preferred.
• KSA or Middle East experience required; English fluency essential; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Experience with proposals, tenders, client presentations and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data centre projects across full life cycle from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Manage project controls: planning, cost, risk, contracts, reporting and change control.
• Interface with clients, partners, authorities and senior stakeholders.
• Prepare and contribute to commercial proposals, tenders and execution strategies.
• Support contract negotiations and define clear scope, deliverables and responsibilities.
• Identify risks and opportunities to maximize value for clients and Haskoning.
